How to end your 21-day fast properly. Now, I'm going to be mainly speaking to people who have done the water fast or a liquid fast for 21 days. If you ate every single day during the fast,

some of this information might be helpful, but also not necessarily very applicable. The information

I'm going to share is mainly for people who have abstained from food for an extended period of time,

over seven days, 14 days, 21 days, even those who have done it for 40 days.

I personally can tell you that I have ended the fasts before wrongly.

I know people who've ended extended fasts wrongly.

In many cases there were some repercussions

and in other cases permanent damage to people's digestive system.

I heard of stories of people permanently damaging their organs, digestive system, other organs,

and some even dying. I don't want to scare you,

but this is very important

as I share about some practical wisdom.
