Today, we're asking, how do I end the year on a high note? It's December. The days are short,

the pace is intense, and everyone is running on fumes.

And yet, this moment offers one of the richest opportunities we have all year,

to pause, reflect, and name the growth that's happened.

So in this episode, we're talking about how to help your clients and yourself close out the calendar year with purpose and pride.

This is such an important topic because so many educators end the first half of the year in

survival mode.

They're overwhelmed, focused on what hasn't happened yet, and they're

forgetting how far they've come. And coaches are often rushing around trying to wrap up

logistics, prep for January, keep the lights on. There is barely time to breathe, let alone reflect. But if we skip this moment,

we miss something big. When we don't take time to close out the year intentionally,

then our clients can lose sight of their growth. They can also miss the opportunity to deepen

motivation, and they can carry exhaustion

and self-doubt into January. But the good news is it doesn't take a whole lot to shift this.

With a few reflective questions and a bit of intention, you can help your clients see themselves more

clearly and reconnect with why they do this work.
