Yes, we worked under extreme pressure

in the middle of a crisis, quite honestly,

but people found bright spots during that time, right?

We saw a ton of benefits from working more flexibly,

things like better productivity, better work life balance,

and we saw that there's just generally higher scores

when people are given flexibility,

and what that really comes down to

is when people are trusted to get the work done,

they, in general, have felt better about work overall.
