| 0:32.8 | simple question, who are you? I'm Jared Hamilton. I right now, 34, and born and raised in the Midwest, if you can't hear that. I can't hear it anymore. Ten years ago, I could hear it. Ten years ago, you're like, bro, you sound like a cowboy. At the end of the day, I'm just a regular person with this stuff, the way that I like to view it. like some of the things that I'll talk whenever I'm chatting with clients or people online is, they'll say, like, it's almost like you're a real person with this. And I think that's just, it's sad that the industry is where it's almost like this holier than now or I don't struggle with these things either, because the whole, the whole concept around everything I've created with what I solve, like with coaching and content, |

If someone doesn't know like my story, like, like I was given a Weight Watchers book at 11 and that's when all my stuff started. Um, or I struggled with my own stuff like dieting and my relationship with food all the way up until I was about 20. So a lot of people, |
| 2:04.6 | until they've heard like the origin story, they don't realize a lot of that. They're just like, |
| 2:10.4 | oh, you just teach this stuff. We're like, no, bro. I've struggled with this more than most people. I think it's one of the, listen, I have many gripes with social media, but one of the great |
| 2:16.7 | things about social media is I feel like it's given people an opportunity to be more open and honest with their struggles. |
| 2:27.6 | Whereas, I mean, it still happens in social media. |
| 2:30.1 | Some people pretend like everything is perfect and they have no struggles. |
