habits that will last. I think that's what we're all craving. We all have amazing ideas

for trying new things and new things we want to implement. Maybe we last a day or a couple

of weeks. How do we create real change? How do we create habits that even five years from

now we still have that are healthy? It seems so hard. It seems like we are pushing ourselves
