All right, so let's talk a little bit about public communication.

It is, you know, for years and years and years.

We've seen this data out there.

You've all heard it at some point.

Someone says most people would rather die than give a public talk, right? And so it's pretty intense, pretty

scary stuff. But at some point we're all going to be called upon to communicate in a high pressure situation.

And if you don't have a process for organizing your thoughts,

you could have an absolute train rate.

You could completely freeze. You could just mumble all over yourself, you know, who knows. But there's a way to no matter how high pressure it is for you to win as a communicator. Okay? No

experience or a lot of experience. Now there's two types of high pressure

communication situations.

They are the situations where you do have time to prepare,

so maybe this is a corporate speech

in your front of your board at a fundraising event who knows.

But you know it's coming.

It's on the calendar and it's high pressure but you've got some time it's out there in the future and then

there are the high pressure communication situations where you don't have time to prepare it's in the
