And this is something that I experienced a ton where we were growing our businesses in the

And it's something that has been really top of mind for me for the last maybe, I want to say

In the case of a lot of newer leaders I've been talking to and seeing where things are slipping through the cracks and why the reason is. And what I realize is the reason that a lot of the things aren't going well are a lot of the reasons that things aren't growing and things aren't feeling good and why the team isn't congealing. It's not because of team. It's not because of the people. It's because of the leader. Right. And I think we all know that, and I think that's a belief that most people
