Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of AMA. I'm your host Tom Billu and I'm going

0:05.8

to be answering your questions. And by the way, if you ever want to get one of your questions

0:10.1

answered, then email connect at impact theory.com that's connect at impact theory.com and put

0:18.2

in the headline or the subject line, I should say AMA question. That's AMA question in

0:24.1

the subject line. AMA man, Chase will pull out the best questions. So submit those any

0:29.5

topic, anything you want to know about, go ahead and submit those. All right, first question

0:33.1

is from Berndin O'Brien. Seth Godin recently pointed out an interesting matter of perception

1:10.5

about how far they're going to have to go from where they are today in order to accomplish

1:14.5

that thing. And I think that is a mistake. I think that you want to be inspired by where

1:21.1

you're going to go. I think you want to be inspired by the person that you're going

1:24.5

to become in order to pull that off. But I think you need to break it down into very

1:29.7

small manageable action items that you can take right now today in order to begin stepping

1:36.3

down that road. But like it sounds like Seth is saying and Seth is brilliant. And basically

1:41.5

every word of his mouth can be taken at just face value. The guy is absolutely brilliant

1:46.3

at this stuff. I think he's right about breaking it down into smaller goals, focusing on
