How do you do self-enquiry? This is a technique that I talk about a lot along with meditation and yoga and psychodellics and so forth. This is one of the core spiritual techniques towards awakening yourself, but even though the technique is simple,

it can be very tricky to do it properly.

So let's actually demonstrate it for you live right here and point out some of the traps and pitfalls and various ways that it can be done incorrectly.

It's very important that you understand with these meditative techniques,

whether you're doing mindfulness meditation or self-enquiry or yoga,

that you need to be doing these techniques precisely and properly

the full benefits that are promised to you and then what will happen is you'll get discouraged and you'll just start to think like well all this enlightenment stuff must just be

And it's sort of like you know if you were launching a rocket ship to the moon
