Hello everyone welcome to a new episode of the at Lexi podcast I'm your host

Lexi Lombard and my oh my I'm ready for a new week this weekend

exhausted me I am very much doing the whole work five days and then Benderender on the weekends and that's an exhausting

hamster wheel to be on.

It's something that I don't necessarily want to.

No, no, it's even worse than that because there's multiple days during the week that I'm also finding times to go out.

But it's a specific time in life for everyone.

Historically, this is a wild summer.

And on a personal level, I'm trying to give myself

as much grace as possible to behave in ways that maybe aren't in my nature, but in some ways.

Here's, wow, I could really go on a few tangents right now.

Let me finish thought number one.

Y'all know this is how it goes sometimes. Sometimes I get so

excited about my next thought that I can't even finish my first one, but the

hamster wheel it's not exactly the most balanced way of living and it's definitely a great way to lead to burn out because we

also need rest. Rest is very important and if you're not incorporating rest into your weekends

and you're not incorporating it into your work week.

You are going to get burnt out.

It's just a matter of time.

The second thought I wanted to say is about giving myself grace on this

personal level. Something interesting about grief is you assume a lot of your

behaviors are going to be a side effect of the loss. For example, I can only
