Okay, so how to do anything.

Lately, I've been thinking about just how difficult life can be and breaking out of our

usual patterns, circumstances, and attaining things that we're trying to move into or accomplish.

This could be material things we want to achieve, a different life circumstance, a certain

job we wish we could have a relationship, whatever it might be.

There are so many variables that go into, often, why we are, where we are, why we're doing,

what we're doing, and why we often get stuck in what we're doing.

Then I just started thinking about certain people that I know have certain aspirations

and they're in a particular circumstance, and I can imagine I'm getting started moving

toward a certain direction, but hitting roadblocks and then getting stuck there.

It just kept making me think about how can someone change their circumstance?

What is the key thing that can really help them, that can be used as one blanket prescription

for everyone, that if they just did this, they could really make progress in the direction

that they want to go?

The answer I came up with might seem very simple, but it feels very true in me.

That is to keep asking the question, how can I make this happen until something shifts?
