but I'd like to begin today with a discussion about alternatives to our current two-party and closed primary system

because Catherine Gail she's a political entrepreneur who has identified a flaw in our system and attempted to correct it.

And so welcome, Catherine.

I'm so glad you could join us to talk about rank choice voting or what you prefer to call final five voting.

And so a lot of people are very enthusiastic about this.

that you've already achieved.

You've gotten this passed into law in Alaska and Nevada, right?

And it's currently being considered in a number of other states?
