Today we're going to be talking about how to change all of those negative thoughts that

are inside of your head.

Now first off, we're going to talk about why negative thoughts exist in the first place.

I've got a lot of opinions on this.

I've also got some, I guess some, I wouldn't say it, empirical data, but I've got a lot of

data from working with thousands of people.

And I would say it's a little bit of nature.

It's a little bit of nurture as to why our negative thoughts exist.

And I actually think that as we get older, as we have more responsibilities that people

actually, it is more natural to be negative.

So that's the first thing I want you to realize.

If you're negative as hell, it might actually not be your fault.

It might just be natural, but it doesn't mean that you can't change it.

It doesn't mean that you have to stay that way.

The reason why I think that it's natural is because your brain is always searching for

what is wrong so that it can keep you safe.
