something that the doctor tells you? Or like, how do you become aware of that? You know, sadly, I'm so glad you're asking that. Can you imagine we

wouldn't have this conversation like two years ago or something, right? That's where I feel like

change is starting to happen. He's like I would have been talking about it. And I don't know that

you would have been, you know, wanting to talk about it. But, you know, there's a very, very small number of doctors

that feel confident about treating or talking about menopause sadly. It was something that

really has not been studied very much in medical school. There was a survey recently that said,

you know, just a small percentage of residents in medical school were actually trained

or taught to understand or learn about menopause.

So that's kind of one area that's scary.

And the other one is, is that we don't realize that you have to back it up quite a bit.

So the average age in the U.S. is 51 years old.

And so, but you have what before menopause,

menopause is going 12 months without your period.

But what happens for the years before that,
