Hello, my sweet. How are you happy Monday to you? Oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. It is such a fresh day here in Naples, Florida. The sun is shining. I know many of you might be in a winter wonderland,

but we are not. There's palm trees and blue skies. And actually, I was walking around the pool,

talking on the phone, and it got too hot. I had to come inside. So a whole different kind of

experience a year, but it's given me a lot of energy and freshness and rejuvenation.

So I wanted to come on and share with you today what I see going on for women right now.

So many women, which I'm thrilled, thrilled to see, are in this, it's my turn time it's so so glorious I'm seeing women set boundaries

I was talking to one girlfriend and she was like yep sent my parents a text me and the kids

were not going home for Christmas this year and for her family and circumstances, that was just the right move for her.

I'm seeing other people say, like, I'm not going to stay in a wintry climate.

Another friend of mine is, like, not going through another winter that was really hard on her,

and she's, like, taking a stand for the end.

Subletted her place in the

wintry spot and going to spend three or four months in the sunshine and I see moms like

like not just keeping up with the Joneses and doing all the traditional things that have always

been done but you know one of the women in my own Your Throne Mastermind, like, sat her kids down

this year and she's like, what traditions are actually important to you?
