But for the listeners, why don't you tell us a little bit about what you do today in the real estate space?

Cool, well again, guys, what's happening? My name's Omar Alfaro, and I've been in the real estate game for 21 years, got licensed in

02, and then started representing buyers sellers.

And we buy houses, we flip houses, we hold rentals,

we have STRs, and we do some development as well.

And yeah, and we help others along the way to probably not make the mistakes that I made along the journey.
