the line hi guys i'm jenna i'm beth hi beth hey jennah um we are here to talk all things lent do you know what lent

let's tell you about lentent. Beth? Well, we're

about to enter into the liturgical season of Lent. It's our preparation before Easter. So we spend

40 days with Jesus in the desert and it's typical that we would enter into some

penitential practices that means we would take on something or fast from

something usually you guys can hear us you can hear us today what a treat

is great news.

Typically, we would discern prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

We would want to do or not do something in every one of those areas.

It's kind of an overview of Lent.

thing I was like Lord I want to receive the gift you're giving me yes so I want to

celebrate it if that's how I receive the gift you're giving me yes so I want to celebrate it if that's how I
