We have looked at sinful anger versus righteous anger.

Number one, no more excuses.

Another primary reasons people do not deal with their anger is because they excuse it.

Maybe after an outburst, they or you say, you know, I just can't help it.

Or, you know, I'm a passionate person and that's just how I am.
