into that though, what I want to talk about is the different types of depression that are out there.

So I think it's important to basically distinguish between two types.

I'm saying that there's two types. There's basically hardcore clinical depression, which is actually a very rare thing.

And that means that you have actually something in your brain that's

limiting your ability to be happy. This could be a genetic thing that you

acquired. This could be something that happened because of the way

you were raised or the way you were you were birthed. So you literally got missing

neurotransmitters and because of this something's going wrong you're not

getting the kinds of levels of happiness that you should from your life.

This is clinical, medical, serious depression.

Now the problem is that most people like to think that they have that.

When in fact that's not what they have. What they actually have is they have a much more

milder version of depression which is really a self-inflicted
