Now, this video is not coming from a place of I got heavily criticized this week or last week.

Absolutely not.

Some people ask me a question behind the scenes, some people who even came to our city and who

have interviewed me for some other thing that they were doing.

And a lot of times they would come to me and they say, well, you know, you have this influence,

you have a lot of criticism most likely.

How do you deal with it?

And so as I started to reflect on what's happening in my own life

and looked at other people's lives,

there are a few things that I wanted to share with you.

I heard this quote that says it's hard to take criticism from someone who hasn't constructed anything

or it's hard to take constructive criticism from those who have not constructed anything.
