Now, I used to think as I got better, things would get easier. And was very very wrong about that I also used to

think if I avoided conflict then conflict would go away I was so naive and very wrong about that. The reality is as you grow you get bigger you

get better you get out there more you grow your profile your brand your business you're

going to get more and more conflict.
