0:11.0	called Empaths and Narcissists, a power dynamic and how to recover from it.
0:17.0	It's a video course, designed to support you to recover from any kind of relationship where

0:40.3	It's interesting because narcissistic abuse has become a big topic the last several years.
0:47.3	And I think it's very easy for any of us to just point the finger and label people as narcissists.
0:54.3	But the truth is, it's more complex than that.
0:57.6	And this dynamic is going round.
1:00.3	So at any particular moment, we can each have narcissistic tendencies or behave empathically.
1:07.7	I created this course because time and time again, I was meeting and working with so many
1:13.6	people who had found themselves entangled in this kind of unhealthy dynamic. They didn't know
1:20.6	what had happened to them or how to recover from it. But they also didn't know what to look for
1:26.6	and rebuild in themselves to avoid walking back
1:30.3	into something like this in the future.
1:33.3	I had my own experiences around this dynamic in my own personal life too.
1:38.3	So the course is born of personal experience, but also my experience of working one-on-one with clients and groups
1:46.7	around the world for over a decade where this topic would repeatedly reveal itself.
