Today, I want to talk all about how to appropriately and responsibly close off chords and

energy between you and other people. Right now, it's so clear that most of us are on this journey of discovering ourselves

through what currently resonates with us and what obviously does not resonate with us in

moment to moment.

And that's a lot of work, you know, to be self-conscious and aware and responsible and

integral and making the choices that align with ourselves. And one of the biggest choices that we

have to make is who do we want in our life? A lot of the time our family members don't serve us.

So how do we switch around those relationship dynamics so that they are more aligned to us in that moment?

With friendships and coworkers and colleagues and neighbors, there are different relationship boundaries, and therefore it's kind of a different game to play altogether. But essentially we are choosing to let people go.

We are choosing to walk away.

We are choosing a different path that feels better to us.

Now, if you're a millennial or a Gen Z, then you will be familiar with this term, ghosting.

And maybe just in general, you might be familiar with this term ghosting.

It's very odd, definitely not a term that I use, mostly because I'm not in the dating scene,

and this is what happens in a lot of ways, apparently these days,

when dating.

And so this method of ghosting has one individual completely walking away in a sense

from another individual without any sort of follow-up messaging.

So that's kind of what the definition of ghosting is,

just simply not responding to someone.
