1:02.1	career change. So I would love to dive into this if that works for you. Yeah, let's do it. I love to
1:07.9	talk about career change. Awesome. Okay. So, you know, the first thing I would
1:11.8	love to ask you about is, because you've been doing this for some time now, and I'm curious,
1:16.6	how has that conversation changed in your eyes since the pandemic landed upon us? Have you seen it evolve?
1:25.4	Yeah, absolutely. And I think evolve is the key word, although the pandemic has been so not great in so many
1:34.0	different ways.
1:34.5	And I don't want to underscore that.
1:35.9	I think it's created so many different opportunities at the same time.
1:40.2	Everybody has been in some degree of wait and see mode over the last year and a half.
1:47.6	So if you are thinking about making a career change right now, and it sounds like you're getting
1:52.6	this question more and more regularly, because there's been, let's be honest, there's been
1:55.8	a little bit of build up and a little bit of a pent up with that wait and see. It's going to be more difficult,
2:04.9	especially if you're going to use what we call conventional methods. So conventional methods are,
2:10.4	I'm going to go on Indeed.com or I'm going to go on LinkedIn or I'm going to go on LinkedIn,
2:15.3	and there's nothing wrong. Like I love Indeed.com. However, if you're going to go and apply that way or you're going to go and
2:21.3	respond that through those normal conventional channels, then everyone is doing that right now.
2:26.7	So all of a sudden, you're in this space where everybody has been waiting for it. And now,
