What I thought was a pretty off-color joke about Jada Pinkett Smith and she has Alopecia

Ariata and, you know, Will Smith goes up and smacks him, whatever.

But, you know, because I thought we were going to talk about this,

alopecia Ariata is autoimmune hair loss.

For what it's worth.

So I found on Reddit, there was a guy on Reddit who

used a carnivore diet to heal his alopecia ariata. So super fascinating. Yeah. So for me, like I'm,

I would say one of the premier channels on androgenic alopecia.

And from what I've seen, like, I'm not an expert on autoimmune caused hair loss.

I'm more like androgen induced miniaturization of hair follicles, but like the autoimmune component and having like localized patchy loss.

And like these are, I don't think a lot of people realize like these are organs,

like hair follicles.

So they're prone to the same autoimmune attacks that like your other organ systems are.

And this is what you see the manifestation of in times of like very high stress also.

Individuals end up with localized loss, but then also presumably diets and like some sort of autoimmune

reaction or leaky gut or like something that is causing like, you know, foreign invaders

to be detected and like attack by your immune system.

And until you rectify that, it's just presumably just like continues happening.

And you just like think you're screwed genetically

but in reality it's like potentially just something you're eating the mainstream medical
