Now, it's going to be an interesting approach to

time management because I'm assuming everyone really wants to get strict with it. Like, you know,

how do I, you know, more efficiently and effectively like use my time? And I understand we actually

are going to be touching on efficiency and effectiveness. Um, we are. But like,

we're also trying to get off the, uh, sort of white supremacy patriarchal, um, sort of

understanding of time and urgency, the sense of urgency. And, um, you know, you feel like you don't

have enough time, right? Where, like, time is an asset.

We are going to be discussing how, you know, the phrases you use can shape your understanding of time

and how a lot of time-related phrases kind of warp our understanding.
