1:12.5	So, Patrick, let's just get right into your store and your background. I mean, how did you even get into real estate?
1:21.3	Well, I started out actually as a mechanical engineer out of college. Bachelor's mechanical engineering, got into machine design
1:28.7	automation and robotics. And it was actually the co-founder of the company I was working for
1:34.4	that said at one point, he goes, you know what, we make a lot of money, but our wealth has come
1:40.7	from real estate. And the only regret I have is not buying more real estate.
