So, Taylor, let's just rewind the tape. And how did you get into real estate and multifamily investments?

Brute force and persistence is really what it has boiled down to. Like you said, I grew frustrated with what I was

getting back out of my Wall Street investments and what the trajectory looked like moving forward.

Around about 2015, 16 is kind of when I started to get frustrated in that area.

So I started looking for other options to build wealth, to grow passive cash flow.
