as we are talking about two of our very favorite subjects,

offering some information to you all that we just know will be really helpful to you.

This week we're talking about crystal grids and how to create altars.

So Samantha, you want to get us started with talking about grids?

I would love to. So we get a lot of questions on how to set up a crystal grid.

And there's a lot of great resources, information, and books out there.

But we thought we would give you a brief overview of what a crystal grid is

and how you can start to create one for yourself.

So crystal grids are a wonderful way to send, charge, and receive energy.

They ground our intentions in the here and now, and they help connect us to higher vibrations.

Working with our mineral kingdom friends helps us to stay in alignment,

ground our energy, and lift, and raise our vibrations.

To create a crystal grid, you need to choose a center stone, sometimes called a keystone,

surrounding stones, a grounding crystal, and a one-shaped crystal to activate the stones and grid.

Now if you don't have a one-shaped crystal, you can use your finger to activate the grid.

Keep in mind that when you're choosing crystals for your grid,

size does not matter and perfection does not matter.

If you have crystals that are a little bit chipped or scratched or dented,

these are called empathic stones.
