Why is it that most people just, it's like low on the priority list?

It's like I'm gonna sell some stuff, I'm gonna ship the stuff, I'm going to I'm going to and how come

like cultures like maybe the last if I have time yeah I think it's

partially because a lot of people don't even know who they are. I mean I think the key is you have to

have some value system yourself something that is important to you and and it's

okay to express those things within the culture of your organization.
