If you have your Bibles, go with me to the book of Mark chapter 16 and verse 20 we left off we were

dealing with cooperating with God and we were dealing with the issue of people being comfortable

thinking that it's God's will that a person died or that it was God's will

for somebody to have a nervous breakdown or it was God's will

for marriage to break up people are very comfortable with that because at least it

takes the responsibility off of them and now they can say well whatever

we'll be will be but that's not the truth we've come to understand that we have

been given dominion and authority.

Genesis chapter one says that he gave to man

dominion over all an authority over all the earth.

Luke chapter 10 verse 19 an authority over all the earth.

Luke chapter 10, verse 19,

says, behold, I give unto you power

to tread on serpents and scorpions

and over all of the power of the enemy and nothing will by an

any means hurt you. That first word power is defined as authority. So the

word authority means the right to use God's power to enforce God's promises or to enforce

spiritual law. So what we've got to understand is it's God's power and it is given to us.
