Now I don't know about you I've never been a great cook but after having this conversation I feel unbelievably confident in my ability to make a phenomenal steak and he outlines literally everything you need to know what type of steak to get how long to cook it different ways to cook it the temperature you wanted at everything and then at the end of the episode we go on some many tangents throughout the episode about qualities of steak and also organic foods and all that but then at the end of the episode we also talk about what he recommends.

He recommends serving the steak with so two of his personal favorite sides that he would like so I hope you enjoy the episode if you do please leave a five star review on iTunes they've been helping a lot the podcast is doing incredibly well and I'm just very very grateful for each and every one of you so with all that said enough rambling let's get into the episode.

There were people that messaged me you know in regards to like Puerto Rican heritage there were people that called me inspirational they were people that were just so lovely and so and I was just thinking to myself like there's a lot of nice people.

2:12.0

And there's a lot of nice people in this world that go out of their way to send a nice message to somebody else and and I'm extremely thankful for it actually some of the conversations that I had with different people had you know initiated you know like seems for the inner circle you know so and then once we develop into the conversation I'll touch and all that stuff but.

3:23.0

Okay all right I was okay that looked incredible but it makes me really happy and it really does go to show that the vast majority of people are super kind and encouraging and I think you know social media gets really bad reputation but I think it gets a bad reputation because of a very very very vocal minority and also I think human have this tendency myself included.

3:51.0

We have this tendency to you could get 99 compliments just 99 people being like you're awesome you're amazing I love you you helped me so much and you can get one comment that's just someone's just as you're stupid like it's not it's just a silly there's like you're stupid and and there's like a land mine explosion going off in your brain you're like who the hell are you and why do you think I'm stupid and then it ruins your entire week.

4:19.0

And you ignore all of the 99 amazing comments just the one you're stupid just it destroys you from the inside out so I think the vast majority of people are super nice and that makes me really really happy here I love that last conversation and I'm stoked for this one which is we're going to be talking about how to cook the perfect steak which candidly like I'm very I'm selfishly excited for it but yeah I'm stoked man so before we dive into it just so I'm excited for this one.
