Over the last many weeks, we have made a wonderful journey through the Psalms,

and I hope now you can understand why I called this particular series a roadmap for life,

because I'm convinced that the Psalms, at every twist and every turn along the road,

gives us direction, it gives us encouragement.

The Psalms truly do touch every event and experience and emotion in life in some way,

and primarily for this purpose to bring our attention back to God, always back to the Lord.

That's the only way to move forward you can't move forward

looking at yourself or other people or the past or people around you the only

way to move forward is by keeping your eyes on the Lord and thanks be unto God

for this amazing book of the Old Testament 150 Psalms that truly helped guide us back to God.

Now, for a few moments today, as we wrap up our study, I want to talk to you about how to

use the Psalms. I trust that over these many days together, the Lord has used the Psalms in

your life to encourage you, to convict you. Let me testify for a moment and say he has certainly done that in my life.

You know, they say the teacher always learns more than the student.

It's because you're so immersed in it. You're living in it.

And it has to be real to you to pass it on to somebody else.

The Lord has made the Psalms come alive and the Lord has dealt with me.
