Man, I've got a treat for you guys today.

And as you guys know, it has been over 10 months now since I have given up alcohol.

So I'm literally almost at that one year mark and to be completely

honest with you guys I gave up alcohol at the beginning of 2016 with the intent of just going 90 days.

And here I am 10 months, completely sober,

giving up alcohol pretty much altogether.

And actually not pretty much.

I have not have one sip of alcohol in 10 months and still going strong.

And now it's a perfect time, perfect time for a show like this to interview someone as amazing

as Ruri Fairbains. someone as from one year which I never thought I could do but they're inspirational people in our life

like Rory who are doing amazing things over at one year no beer and the thing that I'm really

excited about today guys is the things that I think you'll get out of today's show is just a different perspective on what it's like to be alcohol-free and not only that but

Ruri actually adds like a coolness factor to it like he literally makes being

alcohol-free almost just badass and I never thought I would actually use the word

badass and alcohol-free in the same, but this guy really makes it look really cool and he's an amazing person.
