And we are so excited to have you with us today.

And Samantha and I are going to talk about spirit guides and angels and all sorts of other folks

on your spiritual team. So for some of you this may be kind of a review material.

For many others, the notion of some of the things that we're going to share will be brand new.

So we hope you really do enjoy today's episode.

Well, I think we've talked on the show a lot about the history behind angels and guides.

And so we're not going to dive into all of that.

But you can look back into our archives because we really have done a deep dive in the past into

the historical references to angels throughout different cultures and religions.

But today we just want to focus on your spiritual team.

And how can you know who they are and if they're around you?

One of the things that I feel is the hardest about connecting to your spiritual team is that

they don't just show up and say, hello Samantha, I am your head guide.

My name is Theo and this is my assistant guide and this is your guide to help you with parenting

and this is your guide to help you with your work. It doesn't go like that.

I wish it did, but it didn't.

They are our invisible helpers and they show up in really kind of covert ways.

And I don't mean secretive or anything negative by the use of that word covert.

I just mean they fly under the radar because our job really is to run this race called Earth on our

own. And so you can't think of your guide like a coach.
