0:00.0	Hello and welcome to the StoryGrid podcast. My name is Tim Kral. I am the CEO of StoryGrid Universe and I'm a struggling writer trying to tell a story that works.
0:11.0	Joining me shortly is not Sean Coyne or Leslie Watts. It's just Danielle Kiyoski, the chief academic officer of Story Grid University.
0:20.0	So this episode kind of came about organically.
0:24.7	Danielle and I were on our weekly business call, but then we started talking about the most recent
0:30.3	episode of the podcast, my struggles with doing this eyewitness scene, and we started getting into
0:36.4	my writing. Now, in general, I have this rule
0:40.5	that if we're going to talk about my writing, we have to record it for the podcast. Now, at this point,
0:46.6	I still wasn't planning on recording it for the podcast. So it's a very organic conversation.
0:51.3	But as we got deeper into it, I realized we should just put this up as an
0:55.1	episode of the podcast because we talk about a lot of the same things we talk about on the podcast.
1:00.6	And it really helped me have some clear understanding into what my blocks have been in
1:07.1	rewriting my own version of eyewitness by Ed McBain. So if you're watching this on the YouTube version, you'll see it's just a Zoom recording.

1:19.6	And the other thing is if you're listening to this, is that the audio isn't as good as it usually is
