series. As you will have seen if you watched a previous episode, I am helping Pad

Sweets, which is also known as Mr. Sean Rocky G from Airbnb Automated. We've got amazing

Haley and Kristen helping Ned get more direct bookings. We had a coaching call. We went

for a few things and full context. There are 95% reliant on Airbnb bookings, a little

bit of verbo, a little bit of direct, but we haven't got the systems and the structures

set up in place and this is what they want to do more. They want to get more direct bookings.

There's no website as of yet for you sync B&B as they're as their PMS and we looked at

a few things and I said listen, the main thing what we need to start doing is we need to

start building your database. You've got no way of building a list and so I put them in

touch with the amazing author at StayFight and what they've done, they've got over 100 properties

and what they've done is they're trialling StayFight with 14 of their units in Dallas. So they're

spread around the states, they're very in three different states over 100 properties and growing

and so we're going to test out StayFight with 14 of those properties and we've just been able

to get back access to the dashboard and I wanted to walk you through to show you how to

properly set up your StayFight account on how you can grow your email list. So I'm going to share
