So I actually just got back from a four-day Unleash the Power Within Tony Robbins event in Dallas, Texas,

and it was so fun. And I would love to share some of those experiences with you. However, not in a really long

podcast episode, but on Instagram. I'm going to be uploading all of the videos and all of the

pictures that I took with the coaching team from the Center for Social Confidence. And they're

going to be in my story for the next 24 hours, and then I'm also going to put them in my

So a lot of women who I speak to tell me that they have a challenge with getting men to open

up with having great deep conversations for having their conversations feel like they're really connecting and not just

talking. And I think it is challenging in our society because there are still traces and

lingering beliefs about men being weak if they're showing emotion, men not, like they're not

supposed to share too much. In fact,

because I also do dating coaching for men, I remember reading a male dating book, which was called

something like, it was called the 3% man. And I'm really sorry if the author is listening to this,

but I really hate that book so much

like it's a really bad book in my opinion no offense but basically one of the pieces of a device
