0:04.9	communication is a book I read called Surrounded by Idiots. It's fun. I just keep saying like these
0:11.3	dumb folks. These titles are fast. Yeah, you know, you get the road less stupid and then
0:15.6	Surrounded by Idiots. You guys are going to have like five books to read after this podcast.
0:20.8	But what that book is about is the four personality types and so many people have done like
0:25.7	the disc test and stuff like that. And it essentially takes that concept and helps people to

0:37.4	what you're saying and what you're doing? And for me anyways, as I've grown as a leader and

0:48.7	that, hey, whoever it is you're negotiating with or trying to lead like you need to communicate
0:52.9	them however it is that they communicate. I can't just force myself onto whoever it is.
1:00.1	And that's one thing like that book talked about is like really identifying what kind of communicator
1:05.1	they are, write out the gate and then communicating with them that way. Yeah, you've got to speak,
1:10.7	I think people's language, right? I mean that is extremely important. I know the book that thank you.
1:18.4	Yeah, I'll be put on my list. Yeah. Yeah, you know, I can share one other communication
1:25.7	tactic that we teach that I think most people miss and it's probably one of the most important.

1:53.0	but my head always hurts and like it's right between my eyes and like I don't know what's going on.
1:57.9	And then all of a sudden she looks towards them and she's got a nail sticking right out of her head.
