And I think that something has to be kind of said

before we even get too deep into this.

respect so I think a lot of the time that people have different interpretations

of what respect means but in addition to that there's also respect in different areas of your life, right?

So for example, getting your girlfriend to respect you or your, you know, your lover to respect you is different than

getting you know your coworkers or your boss to respect you right so there's

different ways that this can play out but I think fundamentally what it comes down to is like

literally everything that we talk about what it comes down to is being a man who's

on his purpose who has a backbone who other people can look up to you know when I was younger I used to think

that money and you know getting jacked would give me give me respect right and I think that's

probably something

that a lot of guys think when they're younger.

But what I found as I get older is that might get you people,

it might get people to treat you better.
