Summary
I used to focus on results as a dad. I would ask my kids, "Did you win? Did you score? Did you get an A?" But what I've learned from many of my podcast guests is that while results are important, they're not as important as developing a growth mindset.
Today my amazing older son Ethan is in the studio with me to show how we go over his latest challenges in school and sports in a way that praises effort and encourages a growth mindset.
