Pick a random year. Pick 1999 if you were alive pick 2003 I think everybody

listening was alive try to pick one of those years and on a piece of paper

write kind of a Geiger counter line or like a heartbeat line and make

one peak moment and make one valley moment and write down what was happening, what was happening
