Everyone wants to slow down the signs of aging, but very few people are going about it the right way. The negative aspects of aging are one of the most ubiquitous challenges to quality of life. However, one thing is for sure: scientists believe that a big part of the reason we experience aging the way we do is because of stressed or worn-out cells called senescent cells.
Senolytics is a term used to describe ingredients shown to help decrease these damaging senescent cells.
My guest on this show - Gregory Kelly - has helped to develop several rare and powerful compounds that have scientifically shown senolytic activity, and which collectively cover a broader range of mechanisms than existing senolytic supplements on the market.
His protocol, which we discuss on this show, involves a two-day rejuvenation regimen that he suggests using every month. Intermittent short-duration dosing is the most common way that senolytics are used in studies, and data suggests that it can take weeks for senescent cells to re-accumulate in the body, which is why Greg recommends this approach.
Greg's compound is called "Senolytic" and made by my friends at Neurohacker Collective.

0:04.3 | Identifying and studying senescent cells is pretty hard. Really, you have to do tissue biopsies |
0:09.7 | to identify senescent cells and tissues. So because of that, there just hasn't been the |
0:15.4 | amount of research on things that would be in that hermetic category for how they impact senescence. |
0:20.8 | But intuitively, because these stressors are known to be a big part of this premature |
0:28.5 | solver senescence or stress-induced senescence, my guess is that a lot of the things that |
0:35.2 | we're trying to protect ourselves from by being biohackers and integrating these hermetic |
0:41.9 | habits into our lifestyles would help at least slow down the accumulation of senescent cells. |
0:48.5 | Faith, family, fitness, health, performance, nutrition, longevity, ancestral living, |

1:10.6 | It's no secret that red stuff is good for you. It's good for your blood, particularly. |
1:14.0 | It's weird. It's one of those nature signature things like blueberries and |
1:17.9 | generally red. They're kind of more like dark blue, but pomegranates, cranberries, all sorts of |
1:23.7 | the dark red raspberries, beets, SIE. All of these are really, really good for the blood, but they're |
1:30.6 | also good for acting as cardio-protective foods. Very good for the heart. Very good for blood flow |
1:37.3 | and increasing exercise endurance, providing a source of nitrate which supports circulation |
1:42.5 | and the theolio function, even sexual function. It's hard to figure out which ones to consume and |
1:48.0 | win, and that's where this stuff called red juice fits in. Red juice has all of the different |
1:53.5 | best berries in it. All of them are organic sources, which is important because berries have a lot |
