Indeed it can. And that is the topic of tonight's show. So welcome everybody.

Can I first just say a little message to mothers?

Of course you can.

I just wanted to say happy Mother's Day to mothers.

And I just also wanted to mention that not for everyone is this a happy day. For some people this is a very sad day.

One of my friends is her first Mother's Day without her mother.

Some of our clients are dealing with Mother's Day with children that are no longer with them.

So we just want you to know that our hearts go out to all of you whether you're celebrating the stage joyously or with some memories.

And to those of you who have funky relationships with your moms, I think this is a great opportunity to honor other people in your lives that are moms to you.

I called our granny Jane this morning.

Of course my dear because it was Mother's Day.

I got a lot of Mother's Day emails and phone calls and texts today.

Oh that's wonderful.

Isn't that wild?

So you know you don't have to be a physical mom I guess.
