0:31.0 | There is a du'at from the Prophet ﷺ that is narrated in multiple forms and one of the things about the du'ats of the Prophet ﷺ that get narrated through multiple companions and in multiple forms is that you can take a sense of priority from the Prophet ﷺ and derive a deep sense of understanding just from the things he used to ask Allah for and from the things he used to ask Allah to be protected from. |

1:27.0 | and then make it a fit heart, a healthy heart. But in this du'at from the Prophet ﷺ, he used to, as is narrated by Abu Hurayr al-Aliyaullah on his say, Allahumma inni a'udhu biqa min al-Arab. |
1:41.0 | O Allah, I seek refuge in you from four things. Now these four things, this du'at will have different sequences sometimes but the four things are always the same four things. |
1:55.0 | So the four things that he used to seek refuge in Allah from, he said, Allahumma inni a'udhu biqa min al-Kalbin la yakhshah. |
2:05.0 | Allahumma inni a'udhu biqa min al-Kalbin la yakhshah. |
2:10.0 | O Allah, I seek refuge in you from a heart that does not fear you, from a heart that has no humility. |

2:21.0 | Wa minnafsin la tashbaa. |
2:27.0 | And I seek refuge in you, O Allah, from a soul that is never satisfied, a self whose cravings are never met. |
2:36.0 | An unsaturated self, minnafsin la tashbaa. |
2:40.0 | Wa minna'il minla yanfaa. |
2:43.0 | Wa minna'il minla yanfaa. |
2:44.0 | And from knowledge that is of no benefit, wa min du'a'in la yusmaa. |

2:53.0 | And from a supplication that is not heard, from a du'at that is not heard. |
2:57.0 | The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam once again, he would say and I'll use different orders to convey the point. |
