this week talking about vision. So so far we've talked about what is vision.

We've talked about the importance of vision. We've talked about how to create a vision.

And today we're talking about how to cast your vision and carry it out. So start by bringing

your vision to life. Tell your family about your vision. Tell your team about your vision.

Practice it in the mirror. Like talk to yourself as if you're talking to 20 million people about your vision.

Each time you cast it, add more and more passion to it. The more you tell it, the more you will cast it, the more feelings you're going

to be feeling like, you know, like the first time you cast him, I'm like, is that really true?

But then you just, you keep saying it and you keep saying it and you keep saying it and you

build the confidence and you build the certainty and you build like the deep knowing right

the more you cast it the more feelings will be felt around it and when you feel your vision

that's when you're going to be like wow i'm bringing this to life over and over and over i could

remember starting my business and from day one, everybody I spoke with,

I casted my vision. I still do today. Who am I? Why am I doing what I'm doing? Where was I going?

Oh, why should they join me? What we're creating? The vision of our teamwork, the vision of our

future, the vision of our success. like I was leading a team to victory.

That's what visionaries do. With each time I cast it, it became more absolute in my mind.

I got more fired up. I got more committed. I got more pumped. I could see it. It moved me.

It pushed me. It lit my soul on fire.
