Summer anxiety is different than the anxiety that we experience the other

seasons of the year. How so? The heat brings a different influence on our body and

on our mind when we heat up we can feel a certain type of

anxiety that's quite restless and often frustrated. Frustrated, self-critical, that's what the heat brings, it brings up that fire, that pitter, energy,

and we have a tendency to do it to ourselves as well to turn in on ourselves and be frustrated.

Aravader teaches that we experience different types of anxiety according to our mind and body type or dolsha,

our set up, our mind body set up.
