Bo DiPolly, but welcome to the show brother. What's up buddy? Oh not a whole lot man excited we got a lift in this

morning and yeah I'm excited to talk about our topic today. Yeah. So a lot of people

on the fitness thing it's kind of booming right now. It's becoming

trendy, especially with the younger generation, this younger demographic. And I

would say it's definitely a growing industry from what I'm seeing. What are you

seeing on your end? Yeah, it's definitely a growing industry. I, look at how many brands are out there right now. You know, you figure 15, 20 years ago, you were down to maybe less than five major brands. Yeah, you would have your little ones in the in markets here and there, but now like I feel like there's gyms everywhere now, you know?

Yeah, literally. And you have a lot of experience in the gym industry being a gym owner, two gyms that you own out in Chicago for 10 plus years now.

For someone right now listening, you know, how to buy your first gym, get into the gym.

Is it better to buy an existing gym or go out there and start a gym from scratch?

So I think it depends on the model that you're going after.

So my gym model that I own are considered big box gyms.

Big box gyms meaning large square footage, you know, large

weight room, large cardio, a lot of amenities, you know, like child care tanning, all of the group
