the market is shifting. The market is changing. And I'm going to give you the exact steps that you need to take if your big goal is to make sure that you want to buy a house in 2020. And so in this episode, we are going to walk you through the steps of, hey, how do I run the numbers up front and how do I understand if a house is even in the cards? What do I do when I'm ready to go out and buy a house? How do I think about the pre-approval process? How much house can I actually afford? Then we're going to walk you through the steps, the exact steps to take, in order to make sure you can get a house at the best deal. I'm going to give you all the options and negotiation tips that I have that are going to help you buy a house. And in addition, this is going to be one of those areas where we're also going to talk through insurance. We're going to talk through making sure that you don't make big mistakes that are going to cost you a lot of money and how to get your finances in order before and after you buy a house. So this is an action-packed episode and I can't wait to share with it. So for those of you out there that are like, well, what is Anders qualifications to even talk about this? Well, if you don't know this already, I have bought and sold millions and millions of dollars worth of real estate. And in fact, when I was investing heavily into rent a properties, I went out and got my real estate license. And so I bought tons of different properties.
