So that you can find the house that's perfect for you and your family, but at the same time you can increase its value because it's really a huge wealth accelerator to find the right house at the right price.

And you can find the right house at the right price in any

market sometimes you just have to look a little harder like in booming economies

like what we're having right now you have to look a lot harder than you would

say in a recession where houses are much cheaper and there's a lot harder than you would say in a recession where houses are much cheaper and
